Buy now, think later price! I wanted a stealth sonic a few years ago but saw a screaming deal on a vacmaster beast which ironically has a yellow and black color scheme. It was a major reduction in noise from my old Craftsman, but I'm eager to see if this one is worth the switch. Thanks OP for finding this.

I think SD is messing up the link. Search for 1-7/8" Swivel Vac-Hose Tip. It's sold by a vendor named SuctionEqualsSafety.

I believe I installed it on the end of the hose, near the attachment. It's locked up in my shed at the moment and I don't have quick access.

It is. The 9 gallon StealthSonic is a 1 7/8" hose, while the 12 Gallon is 2 1/2"
