From what I read, to get the code you must register the monitor with the SAME email as what you purchased on the epp/edu account for the monitor.

Thanks OP. One of my Dell s2721dgfs crapped out on me and I was looking for a replacement that would also fit on my dual-monitor vesa mount stand. My other s2721dgf is still kickin so I'll relegate that for my work side and use this Samsung for my home setup. Hopefully this Samsung has a much better lifespan - I bought the Dells end of 2021 and the one that failed failed half a year after warranty and extended warranty, go figure Frown

I got the monitor yesterday and registered it with my work email. Unless my work blocked the email, I haven't seen anything come through Frown
