If your car has wired Carplay or wired Android Auto then theoretically it should be able to make those features wireless. However there's only one way to find out.

I've bought Motorolla one, cost $80+. It was usable but not the best. Right after the warranty just expired, it kept disconnecting and became unreliable.
Got one for $10 from woot. So far so good, never disconnected, solid connection.
