They are 2 different products. The one OP posted is top engine cleaner.The high mileage treatment is not on their website but is in-store. The high mileage treatment is regular seafoam.

I imagine this should be available for most. Both my local stores have like 70+ of them.I stopped using Seafoam since it got so expensive.

I use B-12 chemtool instead. It's $5 a bottle every day and it's stronger than Seafoam. For the spray, I just use regular brake cleaner. Supertech $3 a can, or if it's on sale at AAP and I have rewards.

Any benefit to this as opposed to the one you pour in the gas tank? Or is this just useful as a replacement for carb cleaner for lawn equipment?

No PEA. This stuff will make some smoke and give you slightly better gas mileage for about a week. Definetly worth the price, as a $3 pre-cleaner for a better product with PEA.
