This $479.99 HR05 at Walmart has 1:1 ratio functional trainer features cable system with two independent cable systems. This allows for two to use them simultaneously. Or can set them up to do drop sets by just moving from your heavier weight cable side to a lower weight cable side... no need to remove weights. Also has the more desirable 2-inch spacing between the 1-inch holes in the frames. Nice smaller foot print than a full squat cage.
The only gripe I have is you will likely need to buy a LAT pull down lap pad brace to attach to one of the front frames when you do pull downs of any significant weight relative to your own weight. That means if you use the other side to do your drop set LAT pull downs you have to move the lap brace and bench.. Not a big deal.
Beware, the return policy is not good... cannot return to a Walmart store. Some complaints.
I have the Mikolo F4 version 2.0 which does NOT have the desirable functional trainer features that this HR05 has. But I created a "poor man's functional trainer" on my F4 v2.0 with a fixed-eye pulley, rope and two D-ring handles. If you scroll down to my reply to someone you'll see a link to the old SD thread deal in which I post images of the pulley, and some other ideas of setting up the F4 v2.0 rack. According to AI these two models are the lowest priced Mikolo racks with 1:1 ratio cable systems... most of their other racks, including expensive ones, have 2:1 ratio. I prefer the 1:1 ratio cables so that I am not having to buy so many weight plates and move around so many weight plates.
You can pay a little more to get the set which has aluminum pulley wheels instead of the plastic ones. The plastic ones I have on the F4 version 2.0 are quiet, smooth, and straight.

The other K6 was version 1.0. But it was cheaper SD at $410. So if you like the upgraded features it may not be worse to you. If you like the deal for version 1.0, for $70 more you are getting pretty decent upgrade. Just the 2-inch spacing of the 1-inch holes is a must-have feature for me. Makes barbell height adjustment so much more comfortable. . Both are still 2x2, 14 gauge. So if you lift more than 400lbs, you may want 3x3, 11 or 12 gauge frames, or just go to a gym with commercial equipment. These 2x2, 14 gauged frames are good for 95% or more of users, but some like to buy a stronger rack.
what about this one? did you post this one in the past? I have it in my cart but unsure if that's better than this guy kinda new to this
For anyone looking at Mikolo equipment, check Temu, where they sell their racks unbranded. You can find many higher models for the same or similar prices as this one. I bought the Mikolo M7 for ~$500 last summer, which includes a smith machine and pulleys on either side, plus a host of attachments.

Yes. Your link is the one I bought. Mikolo F4 Version 2.0. It was a SD others and I posted. I last posted when is was about $276 a few weeks ago. Here is that old SD thread with many images I posted of how I set up my F4 v2.0. Also, images of how I made a "poor man's functional trainer" on the F4 v2.0 using a fix-eye pulley, rope, and two D-ring grips. Someone suggested that I could widen the "poor man's functional trainer" with a LAT pull down bar which is also designed with holes at the ends to attach ropes with carabiner clips.

It fits my needs and build. I love the 1:1 ratio cable system like this Mikolo HR05 and F4 v 2.0 have. I'm doing sets of lat pull downs with 170lbs of plates on this 1:1 ratio pulley system (I weigh 153lbs)... that is 170lbs of resistance... I don't have to put on 340lbs as I would on a 2:1 ratio pulley system. The included LAT pull down lap brace with the F4 v 2.0 was a must-have feature for me (thanks to others who have said so). Also, definitely get 2-inch spacing between the 1-inch holes of the frames (another must-have for me, thanks to others who have said so) for much more adequate barbell height and safety bar positions.
Most of the other Mikolo racks have 2:1 cable pulley systems. Mikolo does not recommend any modification of their 2:1 ratio into a 1:1 ratio cable pulley system because the frame and cable system are not designed for that ratio weight and the warranty is voided if modifications are made. Can it be done? yes. Should it be done? That is a safety risk you have to decide upon.
If you are a big power lifter (say, lifting over 400lbs; or you need to slam that barbell weight against the rack when completing a set) then 2x2 inch frame with 14gauge steel may not be enough for you.. you may desire 3x3 inch frame with 11 or 12 gauge steel. Or just go to a gym with commercial equipment. But 2x2 inch, 14 gauge is likely more than enough for 95% or more of users. My Mikolo F4 v2.0 has already paid for itself by not needing to go to a gym, saving time, and it draws me to exercise on it so much more than without it. With so many included accessories, it is a jungle gym for adults!
I may get a wide lat pull down bar like this for a wider "poor man's functional trainer" set up as discussed above... https://www.amazon.com/wantiekid-...9hdGY&th=1
Enjoy whichever rack you get!
