This $479.99 HR05 at Walmart has 1:1 ratio functional trainer features cable system with two independent cable systems. This allows for two to use them simultaneously. Or can set them up to do drop sets by just moving from your heavier weight cable side to a lower weight cable side... no need to remove weights. Also has the more desirable 2-inch spacing between the 1-inch holes in the frames. Nice smaller foot print than a full squat cage.

The only gripe I have is you will likely need to buy a LAT pull down lap pad brace to attach to one of the front frames when you do pull downs of any significant weight relative to your own weight. That means if you use the other side to do your drop set LAT pull downs you have to move the lap brace and bench.. Not a big deal.

Beware, the return policy is not good... cannot return to a Walmart store. Some complaints.

I have the Mikolo F4 version 2.0 which does NOT have the desirable functional trainer features that this HR05 has. According to AI these two models are the lowest priced Mikolo racks with 1:1 ratio cable systems... most of their other racks, including expensive ones, have 2:1 ratio. I prefer the 1:1 ratio cables so that I am not having to buy so many weight plates and move around so many weight plates.

You can pay a little more to get the set which has aluminum pulley wheels instead of the plastic ones. The plastic ones I have on the F4 version 2.0 are quiet, smooth, and straight.

Looks like this is $549 "on sale" directly from the manufacturer

The other K6 was version 1.0. But it was cheaper SD at $410. So if you like the upgraded features it may not be worse to you. If you like the deal for version 1.0, for $70 more you are getting pretty decent upgrade. Just the 2-inch spacing of the 1-inch holes is a must-have feature for me. Makes barbell height adjustment so much more comfortable. . Both are still 2x2, 14 gauge. So if you lift more than 400lbs, you may want 3x3, 11 or 12 gauge frames, or just go to a gym with commercial equipment. These 2x2, 14 gauged frames are good for 95% or more of users, but some like to buy a stronger rack.
