This isn't a mulberry (thin) cleaver, these are surprisingly thick, heavy and very front balanced in terms of weight, so you really have to use the chinese cleaver method of cutting (lift the cleaver, and then basically let the weight of the cleaver do the work by dropping it) or you're really going to hate the weight and balance. https://youtu.be/BCKjAbJe12I?si=
These are fairly short for a Chinese cleaver, which isn't a bad thing but it means they don't scoop as well as taller models like the CCK.
