OtterBox's 20W USB C wall charger is a compact, foldable plug option for basic phone and tablet charging, with the 3 pack drawing the best value at this price. The chargers have been used successfully for iPad charging, and the brand earns trust for everyday use. The main drawbacks are that 20W feels slow compared with higher wattage chargers, the brick is larger than an Apple 20W charger, and shipping can erase the savings if Prime free shipping does not apply. There is also a report of one unit failing in a prior Woot 2 pack.

Common Questions (5)

  • The 3-pack is the best value in this listing if you want multiple cheap chargers, and it is the option some buyers prefer. Alternatives mentioned include Anker's 3-pack for about $15, an Amazon charger with USB-C and USB-A ports, and an IKEA 20W charger for $4 if locally in stock.

    megablankJarodW3234vsspamthrolly

  • It supports the 18-20W fast-charging tier, but 20W is still considered slow compared with 67W or 100W chargers. It is fine for basic phone and iPad charging, but not for higher-speed charging needs.

    mrgamersCornPopThuggzMattaVorinclex

  • It has a foldable plug and is pretty big for a 20W charger, a little larger than Apple's 20W USB-C charger. That makes it less pocket-friendly than some smaller 20W alternatives.

  • The deal can still show a shipping charge even when paying with an Amazon Prime account, and Woot shipping is a major part of the final price. Without free shipping, the $6 shipping fee makes the single-pack much less attractive.

    ski522migge

  • They can work well for everyday charging, including iPad use, and one buyer reported no failures in a school cart setup. A prior Woot 2-pack also had a unit that did not work at all, so quality may vary by pack.

This has a foldable plug. It's also pretty big for 20W, a little bigger than the 20W apple charger.

Bought a 2pk Otterbox charger from Woot a while back. One unit didn't work at all.

Buyer beware.

Which model was it? Did you return or request customer support?
I bought a ten-pack of the 30W Otterbox chargers from Woot and all of them work fine. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Those 30W chargers were the same price as this 20W model and much smaller, BTW, for anyone considering this deal.

Ikea has a 20W charger for $4 if your local store has them in stock.

Woot deals are useless unless you're a Prime member, as the $6 shipping charge throws this out the window. It should be clearly stated in the title that Amazon Prime is required to get the benefits of the deal.

I'm sorry you are wrong... it says in capital letters Fast Charging. So you are wrong.

This charger is solid. I use these for iPad chargers in a datamation cart for high school and none had failed.
