On September 18, 2025, the Environmental Research Center filed a Notice of Violation of California Law Proposition 65, against DPL Trading, Inc., individually and dba Micro Ingredients Bayland Health Products LLC, individually and dba Micro Ingredients.
In this action, ERC alleges that 4 specific products manufactured, distributed, or sold by Microingredients, contain lead, a chemical listed under Proposition 65 as carcinogenic and a reproductive toxin, exposing consumers to levels requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
apparently four of their products did, but it doesn't state if this particular supplement was one of the four.
