Believe me, there's not any benefit to the dealership to sit on parts instead of shipping them out.
We replaced the OEM Denso plugs on a 2008 Corolla around 110K with Bosch 9600 plugs. The air gap on the Bosch 9600 grew less than 0.001" after 108K miles thanks to the Iridium ground electrode. Plug resistance within +/-4%. Long term fuel trim: less than 2%. These Bosch plugs definitely perform better than the OEM plugs at the 100K mark!
Also noticed that you have to type in the exact part number for WS fluid. Normal search comes up with a different fluid for the ECVT box.

Any recommendations for getting extended warranty on the Toyota car? The dealer's quoting 4.5k during sale, hearing it should be under 2k for Camry.

My problem is I never had to use it except once for a very minor part in 18 years (rear hatch latch).
If you change your oil, transmission fluid, and coolant more often (with OEM parts) than recommended you will have less problems. Not sure about brake fluid on Hybrids!
Be careful with the 0w8 and 0w16 oil being left in too long between changes. Significant issue!
