Decent combo not sure about ASRock board atm though. They surely giving some AMD users a hard time.

This are great cpus. Tune is actually faster than my 14900ks (270k plus). Getting 47k in cinebench r23. Gaming dont feel any difference (4k 5090). To bad is the last cpus for this sockes

This specific ASRock board is fine. For those that want Intel, and can't wait for Nova Lake, this bundle would be fair, but not a deal. The CPU does better on Z890 obviously, and combos should be out shortly that have those priced near this amount. This B860 is a $100 board any day of the week, so no savings. Higher bandwidth memory modules should be used, and that makes these SKUs harder to move. RAM pricing is going to drop fairly quickly over the next 4-5 months, but with Nova Lake in 8, it's really about need, not want, unless the buyer is just an enthusiast.
