This is one of the WORST FISH I've ever had. Tried cooking different ways bake, sautéed etc and would highly advise against. Additionally this GV salmon may be "wild caught" in the USA but it gets sent to CHINA for processing (I didn't inspect the label until after the 3rd purchase) so yeah I'd go eat a live guppy instead of this.

Been getting it at this price for over a year. Ignore others...air fry for 16 minutes and throw on some lemon pepper. Incredible

If it gets processed in china, who knows if it's mixed with other non-wild caught fish...
