They are good quality for the price of $4.50 per unit. We put one under our kitchen sink, as all the pipes wouldn't allow for a 2nd one. I can put cleaning supplies and such on the bottom and spare sponges, etc. on top. Slides fine, nothing sturdy and not very slidable once fully loaded, but it's good just as a static rack to make more useable.
My wife also used one for her makeup in the bathroom. That works better for sure as things aren't nearly as heavy.
