Those who want to warm up whatever is in them. Save for red sauce which stains everything. These are not like the old containers that were not microwave/dishwasher safe. They hold up very well. (I have the older ones without the steam release on top)

I wish they would offer more options without the flip vent. Otherwise these would be perfect for my kitchen projects, like using for homemade yogurt.

If you have a container that is stained by tomato sauce, put it outside in the sun! The sun will bleach the color out of it!
