I can recommend "Philips Rabbit Ears Black Indoor TV Antenna, Dipoles and Circular Loop" model SDV8201B. It sells for $10-$15. Right now there is only one available on Amazon for some reason. The design is a classic, you can wall mount it or place it on a flat surface. I bought a handful of highly rated indoor TV antennas and this is the one I ended up going with.
