Reading the listing regarding the probes battery life: 2 minutes gets you two hours of use. Do the probes really only have about two hours of use? Is that a thermomaven problem or are all the wireless probes victim to the same issue?

No when fully charged mine is 100% lasting more than that. They use super capacitor which doesn't offer similar energy density and higher self discharge when compared to li ion batteries but it definitely lasts longer than 2 hours.

Appreciate ya. I mostly temp my briskets, which are usually 16 hours ish. I'm guessing more than 2 means 3 or 4?
