To earn the rebate you must make an eligible purchase at homedepot.com. Offer can only be used one time per customer. Rate subject to change. The spend requirement must be met in a single transaction, on non-excluded items, after discounts, store credits, and redemption dollars are applied, and before taxes, shipping costs, and fees are applied. Not eligible for installation services, custom created products, delivery fees, product protection plans, and select special orders. Not eligible for purchases of gift cards. To earn the rebate, you must be a Capital One cardholder or bank account holder, and logged in to your account on capitalone.com or the Capital One Mobile app.
How to receive the payout
We will attempt to issue the payout as rewards to your Quicksilver account ending in 0771. Payouts are usually issued within 45 days of an eligible purchase but may take longer in some cases. Your account must be open and in good standing at the time we attempt to award the payout. In the event you have more than one account, we may apply the payout to any active credit card or bank account that is open and in good standing. This offer is valid for your use only and cannot be used to buy and resell goods or services to other persons or third parties.
What is a qualifying online purchase?
To make a qualifying online purchase, you must click the button below, and then complete a purchase at the selected merchant's site, in the window opened by the Capital One Offers tile, within 24 hours. If an offer specifically lists an available coupon on this page, you may use it on the merchant's site, subject to any coupon-related conditions that we display, but you must do so within 24 hours of activating the offer and during the same open browser session triggered by your offer activation. Use of any other coupons, cash back, or promotional websites after selecting an offer and before making a purchase will invalidate your offer. Use of VPNs and ad blockers may also invalidate your offer. Online purchases made on websites without first being redirected by a Capital One Offers tile are not qualifying online purchases.
How is the payout calculated?
The payout for qualifying online purchases is calculated using the subtotal amount of your eligible purchase, which is calculated after any eligible coupons are applied, and excludes taxes, shipping, credits, and other fees. A payout earned through this offer is in addition to any rewards regularly earned with your card. If you return or cancel an otherwise qualifying purchase, you are not eligible for a payout. Payouts for subscription services are only awarded to new customers in their first billing period after the merchant has confirmed your payment has processed. Payouts are not available on trial memberships, unless otherwise stated.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank HappyMint802
Also anyone note the "cash back" only lets you buy gift cards, right now I think the best option is eBay but I've heard they change it on ocassion so think of it as "I'm going to buy X and get a gift card" and not "I'm going to buy X for 30% off"
But doubt CapitalOne offer's credit, because previously joining didn't credit back.

What's the best way to deal with cash rewards not posting?
I noticed that Capital One started offering high $ amount cashbacks about a month ago. If you browse all your cashback offers, you will notice around 10 high $ amount ones on all your Capital One credit cards. However you can only use one of them no matter how many credit cards you have, so pick up the one you like the most. I used my 'Spend $75 get $50 cashback at Macy's' offer at the end of February. Shortly after I made my purchase at Macy's, all my other high $ amount cashback offers disappeared for all my 3 credit cards. They did pay me the $50 cashback as a reward in 10 days instead of 50 days as statement credit in the old days. I redeemed the reward as statement credit immediately. You can also use your reward for gift cards and other things.
When you click through the link, it will take you to the merchant site in a new browser tab, and they will display a confirmation number in the original CapitalOne browser tab. You can screen shot the confirmation number in case you need to contact their support.
i had that offer for Sams club about 2 weeks ago. I made a purchase of $80 that already hit the credit card, but has not hit the shopping portal. When I check my shopping trips, it shows I clicked through to Sams, and they are still waiting for the transaction information. I have a feeling it will be a Loss...
