Yes, they reimburse me the difference since my purchase was so recent. I emailed clearancechair and their accounting issue a refund back to my credit card.

I purchased it on Mar 27 for $3,799 and the chair was delivered on Apr 3, so smooth experience overall. I just reached out to them regarding the price drop to $2,999 and currently awaiting their response. Will report back on how they handle requests.

It works on the pain point of my rhomboid muscles but I would have to move myself a bit to get it deeper inside. I guess Maestro could be better for deep issue but it is 4d rather than 4d+2d.

yes, (like the other response) nothing but positives at an excellent price.. I bought the 3d titan from them a few months ago listed here on slickdeals.. and they had shipped my Titan directly from the manufacturer which was the Osaki manufacturer.. This Titan is literally the ONLY thing that has helped my aggravated back in many many years- Within just a few days of getting it, I was able to slow jog again..

man, you guys are hardcore with your "deep settings" ... I have to keep a towel between my back and the chair to soften some of the depth, on its lowest setting...

Great chair & even better price. This is among the more top end chairs. Ridiculous good price, i paid 6k when this came out. I have seen this at Costco around 5k.
