I passed. They are being sued (class action) for violating Prop 65 for heavy metals in some of their products (lead). Not sure if this product it one of them.

It's about their "greens" and spinach offerings, which by their nature, are heavy metal sponges in the first place. Almost everyone that makes these has Prop 65 headaches.

And Prop 65 lawsuits are issues specific to California, which has 10x to 100x lower requirements than FDA or WHO. It has nothing to do with an "unsafe product"
