Probably one of the cheapest 1080p IPS 144hz/1ms free-sync+g-sync you can find out there.

Especially considering the brand. I got an Acer 180hz 27" for $70 at target and the colors are kinda bad, deeply considering the upgrade here

So, why do you have to overclock it just to get 144Hz?

Probably because it's a 120Hz native panel that can be overclocked to 144Hz.

Not with the included stand. But it does have VESA mount (the 4 screw holes) on the back if you wanted to go the expense of a different monitor arm that can rotate.

The stand is a weak point for the monitor. It has 2 small pins bearing the weight of the monitor.
I went through 2, for the first one, the stand arrived with a pin sheared off.
The second, the weight of the monitor pulled a pin down 48 hours after setting it up.
If you're going to use it with a wall mount, it's a great deal, though.
