If I had to do this again, I would get the set posted by the OP. It is brushless and has the hammer function, which hrlps significantly if you have to drill through brick or concrete. It is worth more than the extra $80.

If you are looking to buy just the drill, you may want to check on the hammer drill deal at some stores where it is on clearance for $95. Was posted on slick deals as well today
