Pretty easy forumula.
There are two major categories of WAGS CASH DEALS.
Offers based on Spend, and offers based on Quantity.
In this case, it is a spend offer, spend $25 on vitamins get $10 Wags cash. Meaning you must pay OOP (credit, gift card, cash) at least $25 before tax to earn the $10. Now, if your pre tax total here was $30.10 pre tax, you could apply $5 in Wags Cash since you are still spending $25 OOP. But the total is only $25.xx, so no Wags cash can be used without impacting the $10 earn.
Example B is 'QUANTITY" based, for example buy 3 select Crest items, earn $5 wags cash. Let's say your total is $6 after digitals for the 3 tubes, you could apply $5 to the payment, owe $1 oop and earn the new $5 wags cash. In essence you've rolled $5 to get a new $5 with a very low oop.
