Bought a pair 2yrs ago for the same price. Didn't even need a break-in period. Very comfortable - first hike in these was a 12mi and I felt no discomfort, chafing, or blisters.

Great super comfortable hiking boot that's true to size. Only small negative is that the material gets torn up and looks like crap as soon as you spend some time off trail.

I also have a pair that is a few years old and can't say enough good things about them. They've held up very well and been comfortable since day one. I'll gladly grab a second pair at this price.

This is a great price for a great shoe, but these are not the waterproof variety, just so you know.

Same happened to mine, plus tears in the toebox seams. First one within about 3 mos, second a couple months later. These lasted me about 18mos before I needed to get rid of them. Never had any other boot do this prior, and haven't since.

They are comfortable but they only last around 6 months for me. Feet started hurting and realized the cushioning was not t good anymore.
