I can't remember if the Amazon credit card will take 5% off of Apple products?
Oh it absolutely does! I buy most Apple products from Amazon since they usually have the better sales price and the 5% extra off (Sometimes 607% if you're willing to wait another day or two on shipping too).
This is a great deal on a nice laptop I must say. I grabbed the best sales price on the same spec M4 MacBook Air last year and this is $100 cheaper (because 16/512 is standard now finally). Runs all my apps and Windows virtualized like a champ over here.
