It's happening to lots of people with Amazon. Enshittification. Once they reeled everyone in with good service, they start making the service worse and more pay for play. Same strategy by all the delivery services like Uber, AI companies, and all greedy corporations now. There's also weakening consumer regulations so it's happening faster
