Really closer to a candy bar than a protein bar. Fiber/protein per calorie isn't really worth it and it's got a lot of added sugar. Solid deal though

Doesn't work for me, no way to clip the coupon, full price unless you do sub and save and then they won't ship for me until my delivery next month... even then it's only 5% rather than 30%

Are people not aware that sometimes people eat these as energy bars right before during exercise, or taking breaks from exercise and they actually want the quick calories available?

It's about half the daily max of added sugar for adult men (per the AHA strict guidelines). If you don't get added sugar anywhere else, it's fine. If you're getting a lot of sugar elsewhere, then it's an issue.
