I ordered a package of these from Amazon 2 weeks ago and they shipped them in one of their paper bags. Needless to say, a lot of the cookies were in pieces. After contacting them, they sent a replacement in a plastic bag. 🤦 I don't have much faith in them being shipped any better with my S&S order, but they're absolutely DELICIOUS and addictive, even if they're in pieces.

It is what it is.
Every time I order something like these cookies from Amazon they arrive destroyed.
They sent them via USPS a couple times in a plastic bag. Totally smashed. The time it takes to complain and get a refund isn't even worth it.
Not a big deal, I just skip this stuff with them.

I got a free replacement package from complaining, so there's that. It just makes me wonder if Amazon uses any common sense when deciding what shipping packaging they use!

Reminiscent of Nutter-Butter, good overall, not a replacement for classic oreos

Why do people abuse themselves by ordering cookies from Amazon. You know in 2026 when they toss anything they can into a plastic bag with a label slapped on it, you are guaranteed to get a bag full of bits and pieces with plenty of crumbs.

Sure you can get a refund or replacement but why burn your "concessions" with Amazon when you know full well it's going to be problematic when you order them. shake head

Reeses grandson went public in complaining about recipe changes and the company is supposed to be reverting back to some of the original recipes next year. Oreo just doesn't seem the same since they were sold a few years back. Especially in these smaller packages. The ones at Sam's Club in the sleeves seem better.
