Is this better deal then the $99 for 2 4ah XR none Pokerstack? I know Is a bit lighter and smaller for the Powerstack.

Yes, these are much capable batteries and overall max xr 4ah are some of the worse in terms of power/capacity.

Are you talking about the standard 4 Ah or the Powerpack 4 Ah? In terms of performance the Powerpack will outperform these, but they're significantly larger in size.

4ah compact battery is super unreliable, but the 4ah XR Powerpack is really nice.
