OP - should probably remove the "Class A80L OLED 4K HDR" stuff from your description since that's an entirely different TV

Viewing angles aren't the best on this.

This TV compared favorably to the TCL and Hisense competition from a couple years ago despite lesser specs on paper. Not sure if it measures up to the current day alternatives, but for the price it's a good deal.

Very good deal for vets. No brainer at this price. Doesn't matter that it's 2023 model, these don't improve much year over year at this point anyway.

Samsung is garbage, broken out of the box, warranty asks for 10 pieces of evidence then does the whole thing over again ignoring the case and all the stuff i submitted, brand new TV that is junk now. Never again Samsung, go for Hisense or TCL, everything is the same thing now and if it breaks then you can buy another one and still have spent less.

You're about 20 years too late.
Sony is a pale competition of what it used to be....
The Sony tax is just not worth paying anymore and now that Sony's TV division has been sold to TCL the quality might drop even further.
