This is a bleach based gel stain remover that clings to grout, caulk, washer gaskets, and other vertical spots better than watery sprays. It is described as working well on stubborn shower grout, front load washer mold, and rubber seals, often after a few hours or more than one application. The main drawback is that results are inconsistent on some shower doors, grout, and washer areas, and the squeeze bottle can be hard to dispense. The advertised 35 percent coupon also appears unreliable or account dependent, so the deal math may not always land as shown.

  • people cleaning mold-stained grout and caulk around showers, sinks, and toilets because it's a bleach-based gel that goes on thick and comes out white/clear after a few hours, and commenters say it works great on grout/caulk (including rubber seals/gaskets).

  • homeowners tackling stubborn washing machine mold because multiple commenters report it works well for front-loader washer mold and even the washer tub/gasket area (though some note it may take more than one application).

  • shoppers who can use Subscribe & Save to unlock the coupon because commenters report the 35% discount can apply in checkout when S&S is selected (and can be canceled after the first shipment).

  • people with small, stubborn grout areas who don't mind waiting a few hours because commenters say it worked well on grout when they let it sit briefly (and others mention the main downside is needing to wait a few hours).

  • buyers who want a gel format that stays put on spot areas because commenters say bleach/drain cleaner can drip off wall spots, while this gel stays put and still cleans effectively.

  • shoppers who rely on the advertised 35% coupon showing consistently because multiple commenters report the coupon didn't display/apply correctly (or wasn't available on their main account, or stopped displaying).

  • people trying to remove mold from a shower door or grout when they need guaranteed stain removal because commenters report it barely removed stains on a shower door even after trying twice, and others say it didn't work on their shower door mold or grout.

  • buyers who want to use it on ceramic or metal surfaces because the product guidance commenters cite says not to use on ceramics or metal surfaces (and they specifically questioned ceramic tiles).

  • people cleaning a large, floor-to-ceiling tiled shower who want fast coverage because one commenter says the gel is inconvenient for a large tiled shower and would rather use a spray bottle with the same active ingredient.

  • front-load washer owners who tried it and expected it to work immediately because at least one commenter reports it didn't make a difference for their front load washer.

Just tried it today. OMG the bottle is so hard to squeeze the gel out to apply to my shower floor tiles. They are Tiny squares!!!! I hate it. Took too long. How do i do it faster?

Thinking of making my own thinner solution and re using the bottle to apply to the tile grout next time

I don't go to Chinese offering often, but for something like this I did get a multi-tube bundle of mold remover for way cheap and it works fine - smells strong and handles mold. No need to spend $$ on something like this.

This thing is overrated. Barely took out the stains outside my shower door. Yes, I read the instructions and even did it twice because first try didn't work.

for truly Slickdeals cheap is to spray hydrogen peroxide directly on moldy area. I could not believe how it foamed like crazy and rinsed off easily on shower curtains and cleaned on shower surfaces !! 2 large bottles at Sam's was less than $3

Never tried Tilex MMR but just ordered it few days ago. Have and own this, works like bleach. Goes on as a thick gel, then things come out white/clear in a few hours.says to wear gloves etc. but seems the same to work like bleach.Ingredients: Deionized water, sodium, hypochlorite, sodium laureth sulfate, sodium silicate, sodium polyacrylate, sodium hydroxide.Use: gloves, eye protectionFor: tile, grout and caulk.. refeig/washers on rubber seals and gaskets, tile grout, tub, shower, sink, toilet and window calk too.Don't use on: Ceramics or metal surfaces
Looking at the ingredients this is just bleach with a bunch of stabilizers to make it a gel. You can by gel bleach for much much cheaper and will get the same results
