I have this unit, love the inverter aspect of it where it ramps up/down instead of turning the compressor only on/off at full power. Hope it last as I've read bad reviews on longevity of inverter machines.

I question the build quality. I have another model with heat (4-in-1, cool, dehumidify, fan, heat) that I paid $390 3 years ago. The refrigerant is gone after 3 summers. It won't even produce any heat last winter when I tried it. It's a nice design and I was hoping it would last more than 5 years. I guess I am expecting too much.
