That is a massively inflated original price. The site shows $900 so it's really only roughly 11% off.

These get to $750 at absolute minimum for a 65" 8 series, usually only once the new model drops.

So this is probably your best price - unless you're willing to wait until this summer & hold out for another $50 off.

So I tried to get Best Buy to price match with the price match guarantee and they flat out refused. I pulled the trigger and we will see if Walmart delivers. It is shipped and on the way.

You ever met someone who has had a Hisense last longer than 3 years before flickering and all sorts of problems??? We got the U8H... waited for BF Sale in 2023, and started having problems within about 18 months. Never again.

Actually when I asked it was shipped and sold by Walmart. The reason given was "We can't go over $100 maybe $200 off. But $400-500 is way out there"

I did get my TV yesterday I was surprised it wasn't canceled. FEDEX had it all twisted and turned on the truck. The driver specifically stated with me because it was taking up too much space. Then I also got the overweight speech. It was easy to put together and setup was also not bad. It has a really nice picture and the sound is pretty good too.
