"Shelf-stable foods are generally safe to consume well past their "best by" date, often lasting months or years if stored properly. Canned goods can last 2–5 years, while dried goods like rice and pasta are safe for 1–3 years past the date. Safety hinges on container integrity (no rust, dents, or swelling) and proper storage in a cool, dry place.

Dry Goods/Packaged: Rice, dried beans, pasta, and dry cereals (unopened) are generally safe for 1–3 years."

I got these last November on Amazon Vine (beef bulgogi) and they were pretty bad. It was pretty bland, the sauce didn't mix well, and the noodles were not chewy at all.. especially with all those additives and salt.
I see they lowered their price, it was 6 for $20 at the time, now 6 for $26!
