My only ick is the Stevia in there. It's known to be a little less sweet than sugar so I guess that's why. But I'd rather just have 100% Allulose.

Kinda true, except Allulose is a sugar. It's in foods you eat, just in small amounts. So it does effect your levels, just no where near as much as cane/beet/corn sugars.

Avoid all the other sugar substitutes, allulose does not seem to have any side effects.

also The BetterBody Foods Allulose Sweetener contains allulose, which is currently classified as a "novel food" in Canada and requires regulatory approval before it can be legally sold there.
