I believe they are describing the bottom hem as cuff-free. Many joggers have cuffed hem making the bottom hems "closed" at ankle. Unlike those, these are "open bottom."

Of the three promo codes from the OP one comes up as invalid, the other two as expired.

Went one size up. Planning on wearing as loungewear so besides the pants being a bit long, they're fine.
This is why buying at stores are better so you can try on without returning.

Bought 2. Both were the wrong size. One was small and the other 3xl. They miraculously got the color correct
