This isn't terrible--so long as your skin isn't irritated by fragrance oil, because there's a lot in this. And also, "collagen" in this form doesn't do much other than moisturize--the molecule is too big to actually penetrate the skin. It definitely doesn't "fill lines."

But it has squalane, which feels great and is a good, lightweight oil for protecting the skin barrier ... Tho that's offset by the salicylic acid. Kind of a weird one tbh.

I'd prob look at something by Good Molecules if I was trying to stay in the under $10 ballpark to actually make my skin "bounce," or virtually anything at all with hyaluronic acid and/or ceramides.
