Yes this is the way. I got the m4 15" 16/512 for $850 and the only thing that was wrong was it didn't have a box. Not even one battery cycle.

Thanks for the heads up! I bought it a couple of weeks ago from Best Buy. I opened a chat with them, and they refunded me the difference, so I'm up $100 for the day. This is also my first Mac, loving it so far.

AAFES (eligible veteran, DoW services and civilians) has in stock and will price match via online chat. Great price for month old product.
I usually wait, but with today's memory prices my hope for less than 899 for a base MBA any time soon is slim.
