This game is incredible (graphics aside) but also really shows what the Switch 2 is capable of. Somehow it even still has raytracing on Switch 2!
I played the hell out of it. Great deal at this price. This is the Star Wars game I always wanted.

I would put this game behind the Fallen Order series, the Rogue Squadron series, X-Wing vs Tie Fighter series, Shadows of the Empire, KotoR 1 & 2, the Battlefront Series, Republic Commando, the various pod racing games, Jedi Power Battles, Revenge of the Sith, The Force Unleashed 1 & 2,the Dark Forces/Jedi Knight series, the Super Star Wars series, the various Lego Star Wars games, Empire at War and the Star Wars arcade games.
But it's likely better than Master of Teras Kasi

The Switch 2 port appears to run at 30 fps. Still a technical marvel but I wish there was a performance mode to smooth things out.

Wanted to like this game, the premise in the Star Wars universe sounded great, but man in typical Ubisoft fashion, it's just a really boring game, at least to me. Yeah graphics and performance are pretty well optimized on the Switch 2, but the game is the definition of playing it safe with that AC style gameplay. I really haven't played AC since the first few a decade or two ago (Black Flag was the last one I dedicated a decent amount of time to), but felt like there was nothing new, fun, or innovative in this game that wasn't in those AC games from a decade or two ago.

For the record too, I've tried giving this game a go on 3 different platforms, on Xbox when it first came out, on my PC a little later when I first set up my gaming rig, and finally again on Switch 2 thinking I might enjoy it more with the convenience of it being handheld. Each time was just a struggle to get even an hour or two in.

Such a great game and an outstanding port. This game, above all others I've played, show off the Switch 2 hardware.
I pad the full $60 and definitely do not feel cheated.

I really like it, but I can understand why it's not for everyone. And I'm probably one of the few that never played an Assassin Creed game. Actually, I messed around with the pirate boat one for maybe 20 minutes. So, I'm not bored of the formula.
And not everyone is going to like the same things. At least you gave it a chance x3...lol.

I really like it, but I like a lot of games that others don't. And I hate a lot of games that others love.

My favorite Star wars Game is between SW Battlefront 1 (2004) and Empire at War.
I am one of few who didn't like either of the Knights of the Old Republic games. And I like RPGs like Dragon Quest. After having watched Star Wars from the time I was 4 (saw Star Wars at the Drive Inn in 1978), I have learned that it's not Star Wars I like...it's the Original Trilogy characters, ships, locales, etc. I just couldn't get into those
