For me, cans come through fine... but not some of the other stuff they put in the same large shipping box.
Last S&S order had two 12pk of mug mini rootbeer, couple bags of chips, and misc. other stuff.
One bag came exploded, contents everywhere.
two other bags had been crushed and lost air seal. They tasted fine, but chips had been smashed in the bag. For those we used the chips as a crust on some fish we cooked up... yummy.
Got all the damaged bags refuned... took just a couple mins via Amazon chat.
