- Dorney Park – You and Six Flags agree that in further consideration of your admission to Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom that all claims for injury or loss allegedly incurred or caused while on the premises of Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom shall be raised and pursued only in the court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.
- La Ronde – Parking is not included with any Gold Pass at La Ronde.
- Knott's Berry Farm/Soak City – A Gold Pass purchased at either Knott's Berry Farm or Soak City Orange County is valid for entry at both locations. Gold Pass is not valid for admission to Knott's Scary Farm. Gold Passes or Memberships purchased at any West region park do not include parking,
Gold Pass entitles you to complimentary parking ONLY at the parks within the corresponding region of the home park where the pass was issued; however, the registered passholder must be present in the vehicle. Please refer to the Regional Park Access section for a list of regions and parks where your Gold Pass is valid for free parking.They also have an "All Season Dining Plan" from $105 which includes 2 meals per day (4 hour gap between them) and an all season drink plan from $37 which includes daily coca-cola fountain drinks with free refills every 15 minutes. It doesn't seem to let me hit buy now so not sure if it's on sale yet or if it requires you to be signed in first.
