Can confirm this is legit.

You need to select pickup. You don't get to choose. But I got 5% with and additional 5% for pickup

I tried this in my area but all I have are CVS or UPS for pickup, no bonuses offered for them. Are you seeing that 10% on pickup for lockers at like Whole Foods?

It went through with UPS. There was no selection to choose a pickup location. I was forced to pickup only at this UPS location. I would've preferred whole foods or something but oh wells

I was seeing UPS for pickup by default on check out page, but there was a link "Find a pickup location nearby" under default UPS address, I selected a whole food store, worked for me, I got a message "Congrats! You're earning 10% back on items using free pickup with your Prime Visa." I guess it must be YMMV

No dice, regardless of delivery or pick up location. My guess is they are DQing anyone who ever picked up a package via the lockers.
