I bought this a while back and just started talking it but didn't care for the fact mine has 225mg caffeine in it bc I prefer to drink my caffeine lol
Either way, this one does not contain caffeine for anyone else out there like myself.
Also I haven't taken long enough yet to determine effectiveness, but reviews were good fwiw.
