I don't have either, but the 4 drawer at harbor freight is $170 starting tomorrow for everyone. I honestly can't imagine this being much different or worth $80 extra over that one.

edit I see this one has a different drawer set up now, 4 wide drawers vs the harbor freight that has 2 wide drawers then a third row that is split. so that may make a difference to some people as well.

Size-wise this is more like the 5 drawer at harbor freight, 41 tall 22" depth vs 37 and 17 on the HF 4 drawer. I don't know how cheap the 5 gets now, I think $190 when it's on sale still, I'd go that route. Personally quality wise I'd say HF feels nicer than newer craftsman that I've seen, but I haven't seen this model in person.

*Edit* The pegboard and power strip on the side are nice features, didn't see that first time I clicked on it because the main view for that side has a huge bubble blocking it ha. But you can't put on a side table like the US General and use the peg board. I picked up my 5 drawer cart off FB Market for $75 with the side table to try as a mobile cart with my most used tools in it, has been great to wheel it around my shop and put the parts/loose nuts and bolts I'm currently working on the table vs walking across the shop.

No. The US General 5 drawer cart is a much quality. A "slick" price on a 5 drawer cart is $190. https://hfpricetracker.com/tools/70375

This Craftsman was sold at Lowes as Black Friday/ Xmas special for $249. Then after Xmas, Lowes cleared the leftovers out at $199.
