Does anyone know if the age is enforced by law? Also 40. Not looking for trouble.

I just use the Amazon generic brand. Any real reason to which to these?

I see that this has 1000% for B12. I was high in B12 in my last blood test and my doctor told me that if I was taking something daily to raise it I should go to every other day. I then investigated and found that the Costco 50+ multivitamins I was taking were 1000% but the Centrum would be even higher at 4000%. I went to every other day for the Costco brand and cut down on some B12 fortified drinks. I then found a multivitamin at Sam's Club that was 500% and went back to daily with that. I just searched Sam's site and see that a current 50+ multivitamin in their brand says 8000%.

Seems like a solid price after all the discounts, but curious if there's a noticeable difference in effectiveness!

Are you sure dude? B12 is water soluble.

It is very difficult to take too much vitamin B12 orally because it is water-soluble, and the body generally excretes excess amounts through urine.

Because so many products contain so much B12, you can easily take too much. Headache, lethargy, nausea, etc.
The problem is more common than you think.

Regardless of brand nearly all supplements are composed of isolated versions of vitamins and minerals and our bodies have difficulty absorbing them. If you take vitamins now you may notice discoloration in urine which is due to the cell's inability to absorb them

Probably not, but if you eat the desiccant packet, it will help preserve your corpse.
