edit: should also say, good sources of magnesium: seeds like pumpkin and chia, nuts, legumes, dark leafy greens, whole grains. I also urge caution with magnesium citrate supplements, as mag citrate acts as a laxative for many people, so I'd say only use that (very common) variety if you need help in the laxative effects:
