Lots of reviews mentioning kidney issues with their cats after using this product.

Their kidneys are very sensitive.

I tried this in the past with my cats and they all seemed fine. But we didn't notice a big difference for their breath/teeth. We lost one a year ago unexpectedly to kidney failure and I do wonder if it was related. I can't prove it however.

Just sharing my experience.
