Note that there is a 2x category purchase limit per calendar year (so you can only purchase two discounted monitors per year with EPP/EDU discounts).
The lowest (new) we've ever seen it for was $599 in March 2025. There was a deal though were select app users could get it for $550 but that was way back in September 2025. The game has a ~$50 value though and the "free" monitor is worth around $80-100 so you might be able to sell one or both on FB Marketplace/OfferUp to drop your overall cost a tad.
