More SD spam
Garbage product as an air purifier
Too small (physically) to clean anywhere near 2216 sq ft
ACH (you want 5 air changes per hour) would put this at a max 443 sq ft coverage area which this is not capable of No CADR values listed (how well it cleans the air of dust, pollen, smoke) Not AHAM verified (independent lab verified it actually does what it claims)

Yall take air purifier facts so serious here and I love it. It truly seems like every nonmajor company making them is lying.
If a family member needed it for medical reasons you might take it more seriously also.
can u recommend one ore more that are good/suitable for medical reasons, I am in the same boat, and there are many to choose from, and i have no idea which one are good. Thaks in advance

What's a good air purifier?
coway, winix, blueair are all reputable brands that have quite a variety of good purifiers.
Things to look for
CADR values (how fast the air purifier can clear an area of smoke, dust, pollen)
Values will differ depending on size of area the purifier can handle)
AHAM verified (independent lab verification the air purifier is doing what the specs state)
ACH of 5 (or close to it for regular purification), ACH of 6 or 7 for medical needs
ACH is air changes per hour. If the specs state 300sq ft ACH 5 that means 5 air changes per hour for a 300 sq ft space (you must account for high ceilings)
If the space is smaller than the example of 300sq ft, the ACH value goes up (good thing)
If the space is larger than the example of 300sq ft, the ACH goes down (not good)
For this cobectal air purifier that was posted, 2216 sq ft means nothing because the unit is nowhere near that powerful. If it was the ACH would be 1 for 2216 sq ft, and the ACH would be 5 for a space of 443sq ft (2216/5)

Thank you very much for the reply and explanation. I need it for medical reasons. I purchased the Core 300-P LEVOIT from amazon and they sent me one that is physically broken and perhaps even used. What do you think of this one, LEVOIT LV-H133 TrueHEPA 3-Stage Filtration Air Purifier? or should i avoide amazon/woot completely and get from costco or some other reliable place. Thanks again for the help my friend.

For a high level of air purification the H133 will be good for 250-300 sq ft. It is up to you where you purchase it, it sucks that amazon sent a broken/used unit. It happens though with Amazon their track record seems to be getting worse. I say buy it from wherever you are comfortable with.
If it was up to me I would personally go with the h133 over the core due to higher CADR with the H133 and the H133 being able to cover a larger room and still have enough ACH (for medical purposes)
