I have had this exact model for 2 years. It's probably the best/most economical mobile fridge I've had over the past 20 years. I use it every summer for car camping, then it goes to my parent's home and they use it as a drink fridge for the rest of the year. Not a single maintenance issue with 2 years of continuous operation EXCEPT for one:

The AC/DC adapter that they include in the box doesn't have enough wattage to continuously supply power. Eventually it will start throwing an "E3" (compressor) error, even if you put it into eco mode and set it to max insensitivity to low-power events. It NEVER has the problem when it's on a proper 100w 12v source, so I made an AC/DC adapter out of an old MicroATX PC power supply and just power it off the 12v accessory plug instead of the include AD adapter. -- Once I did that, I've never again had an E3 error.

I bought mine on sale for $110, but I doubt we'll see that price point again for at least the next few years. -- Still, it's still a good fridge at $160.

I have both the 23 qt and the 30 qt versions of this refrigerator. They are both great in terms of functionality. They also have the same "footprint" size. The 30 QT is just taller. I will say that the 23 qt model can be frustrating if you are using it at refrigerator temps. Things like milk jugs, wine bottles, 2L soda bottles, etc are too tall to stand up. It's fine for canned sodas and anything else that is shorter. Just pointing this out because when you lay things in it sideways they can spill and it definitely makes loading a PITA. I think this is largely why the 23 QT is often on sale, particularly compared to the 30 QT version. Buy the 30 QT version if you have the additional height space for it and the price isn't too much more than the 30qt. Trust me, it makes a big difference.
The 2 gallon milk just a fits fine in this thing upright.

These are also very good for refrigeration during a power outage. Because they use much less power than a standard fridge you can run it way longer on a power station.

In for 1. Figure this is a better idea for the Dad VIP lounge at next weeks volleyball tournament lol
A cooler works better, ICE actually makes and keeps things COLD right away.. Plus a cooler is WAY cheaper and won't run your car battery dead.

FWIW, I considered this exact BougeRV fridge for a while, but ended up just buying a "no name" brand ("feelfun" with 4.7 review score) on Amazon, and I have used it a fair bit (road tripping) both AC and DC, and it has been perfect for me for less $. I imagine the BougeRV one would have been great too, but at least for me, it doesn't seem there would have been any good reason to shell out 25% more money. (Sadly the exact one I bought doesn't appear to be available anymore, otherwise I would link it.)

How many watts does yours pull? This can do 36 watts and it has a 45 watt setting for quicker cooling.

This is far less maintenance. You don't need to add ice or take it out of your car. You can even keep it running 24/7 in an EV

Just sorted car fridges by rating and it's still one of the better rated ones on Amazon. Called "Feelfunn" and they have multiple options.

I have the 30qt, it fits in the subtrunk of the Y but it lifts the trunk mat up about and inch, which is hardly noticeable. Hands down my favorite accessory to the Tesla, cold brews whenever I want.
Good to know - im thinking about it... wonder if you could make a custom trunk mat with a cut-out to access the cooler Smilie
