You have to be careful understanding what you are buying, as they tend to sell the cheapest formulation of whatever technically matches the label. In particular, there are different sources of K2 available. "Magnesium glycinate buffered with magnesium oxide" can be easily produced by mixing up magnesium oxide and glycine, and not bothering to see if they actually react with each other to completion. This isn't a problem limited to any one brand or price point.

Nutricost, Now Supplments and Bulksupplments are my favorite supplement brands. In particular I have ordered 7 bottles of this D3/K2. Been taking it since 2023, alternating with Now when that is on sale. I take one pill everyday. I think my bones are denser than average by now. nod

I buy Nutricost products regularly, but I find this to be a better deal. Twice the D3 and includes coconut oil for better absorption. Very well reviewed. I bought the 300ct for $25 on S&S.
